RASTER HR60 SL-4S Línea de borrado

RASTER HR60 SL-4S blanking line was built in 2009. It has undergone regular technical inspections throughout its service life.

The line is designed for the precision machining of sheet metal fed directly from a coil. It is used for the mass production of metal components used in many industries, such as handles, housings and automotive parts. The equipment used ensures high accuracy and repeatability of the produced parts.

The coil press blanking line consists of the following components:
– RASTER HR60 SL-4S high-speed press
– sheet metal decoiler
– loop controller before and after the sheet metal straightener
– sheet metal straightener
– parts collection bin
– control panel
– control cabinet

The process begins with the gradual unwinding of the sheet metal from the coil and feeding it towards the working area. The material then passes through a straightener, which eliminates any deformations caused by coiling, ensuring that the material is sufficiently flat before further machining. The straightened metal strip is fed into the RASTER press, where stamping and blanking operations are performed. The press with a press force of 60 tonnes is equipped with two connecting rods, and its drive system ensures uniform torque transmission and smooth machine operation. Once machining is complete, the finished parts are transferred to the collection bin. The entire line is enclosed within a safety guarding system that covers the operating area of the equipment.
