The machine is capable of producing various modifications of the final product (FP) in 10 perfume variants and different color spectra available within the capacity ranges of dye dosing systems. Qualified reblend (RB) can be added to FP during normal production within the dosing capacity range. The LLPD mixing machine consists of: • 2x white base 500 liter tanks • 1x 250 liter product tank • 3x dye solution inlet pipe 25 liter buffer tank. • 1x signaling tank 25 liter • 10x perfume inlet pipe 8 liter buffer tanks common dosing pump, mass flow meter, and injection valve. • 3x Reblend inlet pipe 400 liter buffer tank dosing pump, mass flow meter, and injection valve. • Outlet pipe of the finished product including a pump and strainer. FP pump is controlled by filler to maintain inlet pressure of FP to filler. • 1x white base pump, Alfa Laval rotary lobe pump, Type SRU5/168/HS. Capacity 60.48m³/h • 3x dye feed pump, Gather 1m-J/9/D-SS, 0.37 kW 230/400Volt. Capacity 1.6-44 l/h • 1x perfume feed pump, Gather 1M-J/9D-SS, 0.37 kW 230/400Volt. Capacity 19-48.8 l/h • 1x reblend feed pump, Gather 1M-J/9D-SS, 0.75 kW 230/400Volt. Capacity 180-1800 l/h • 1x vitamin feed pump, Nemo NM008BY, 0.37 kW 230/400 Volt. Capacity 5.7-11.50 l/h The machine operates continuously based on the set capacity point in the range of 9-18 t/h of FP. The machine automatically stops/starts if the packing filler is not using the finished product (FP).
