I) CHARACTERISTICS Useful volume: 150 L Total volume: 175 L Footprint: 900 x 900 mm Tank diameter: 600 mm Manhole height: 1150 mm (approx.) Drain height: 225 mm Cylindrical shape with manhole on conical top and 15° conical bottom with total drainage brought forward. Vertical position on tubular feet fitted with 4 fixing plates with 4 swivel castors, 2 of which are fitted with brake (at the rear of the tank). Note: Anti-static and dissipative casters + grounding lug. III) EQUIPMENT III.1) On a 15° conical summit: – 1 manhole Ø 350 mm closed by bolts – 1 DN 38 clamp connection with anti-foam elbow + stainless steel funnel adaptable to DN 38 connection + DN 38 clamp cap – 1 pressure/vacuum valve – 1 DN 38 non-opening clamp connection for fixing the funnel during tank handling III.2) On a 15° conical bottom: – 1 drain, clamp connection Ø 25 + manual butterfly valve clamp / clamp Ø 25 with straight outlet + cap clamp + joint + collar. III.3) On ferrule: - 1 manufacturers plate with CE / ATEX marking - 1 stainless steel tube handle for handling the tank - 1 rectangular viewfinder in the upper part of the shell for viewing the full tank. III.4) Tank support: Made of stainless steel tube + crosspieces + 40 x 10 mm plate for handling by stacker (same as 120 L ATEX mobile tank). IV) MATTER Stainless steel 1.4404 for all parts in contact with the products contained. 1.4301 stainless steel or higher grade for the rest of the construction. Seals: Viton. V) FINISHING Interior: LAF 2B sheet metal, all welds raw. Exterior: Raw welds.
