BLASTMAN B20CX shot blasting robot was built in 2024 in Finland by
Blastman Robotics Ltd. The machine is in very good technical condition
with minor signs of use.
The BLASTMAN B20CX is a state-of-the-art system designed to operate in
demanding industrial environments. The machine is designed for
precision surface cleaning of steel structures, castings, large-sized
parts and other workpieces that require high efficiency and
repeatability of the process. The shot blasting process is performed
by means of steel shot or corundum, ejected under high pressure
through two nozzles mounted on a 2750 mm long telescopic boom. This
solution enables effective blasting even in hard-to-reach places.
The B20CX shot blasting robot is distinguished by its robust gantry
design adapted to the dimensions of the blasting chamber. The operator
controls the machine from a comfortable, sealed cabin equipped with
all necessary steering elements. Depending on the task at hand,
operation can be in either automatic or manual mode. The offer also
includes an abrasive recovery system and a filtration system.
