Overview This fully automatic KEG cleaning and filling system from ATS
Wibbing GmbH, built in 2025, is consisting of an external KEG washer
(AW 75), a KEG cleaning and filling machine (HRF 101), as well as a
complete supply and transport system. The system is designed for the
processing of a wide range of KEG formats. With an output of approx.
30–35 KEG/h, the installation is suitable for small and medium-sized
breweries or beverage producers. The line is equipped with a Siemens
S7-1500 control system and touchscreen HMI, allowing fully automatic
operation with guided user interface. The scope includes a complete
transport system, supply tanks with dosing and conductivity
measurement, as well as all required piping between the machine and
media tanks. The system is offered with 2 years manufacturer warranty
and is available within approximately 2-3 months. The attached project
layout drawing illustrates the complete system arrangement including
KEG washer, cleaning/filling machine, conveyor sections, pallet
