Description:
A fully functional Stephan UMC 12 is offered as a temperature-controlled complete vacuum system for mixing, crushing, emulsifying and thermizing under vacuum. Working under vacuum ensures bubble-free, homogeneous emulsions and creams without air entrapment and protects oxidation-sensitive products – ideal for laboratories, pilot plants, food development as well as cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications.
The machine is currently fully operational and can be demonstrated on site.
Bowl, lid and working tools made of stainless steel, lid with sight glasses. Stainless steel bowl with double jacket for heating and cooling. Manual wall scraper on the lid (intact). Vacuum-resistant version with pressure gauge.

Note on the condition:

Machine technically flawless and ready for use. A corner of the rotating emulsifying tool has broken off on one of the upper wings (see photo); the two large lower wings are intact, the machine is fully functional. The wall scraper on the lid is not affected by this and is intact. Instruction manual not available (wiring diagrams/instructions may be available from the manufacturer).
Special feature: Thanks to the vacuum pump, circulator and water separator, this is a ready-to-use complete vacuum system – the buyer does not have to buy anything additional.
