Pelbo MICRO 25 Máquina rompehuevos

The Pelbo Micro25 egg breaking machine is designed for smaller egg breaking plants as well as for companies in the food, pasta and bakery industries. It has a variable production capacity of 900 to 9,000 eggs per hour (2.5-25 cph).

The Micro25 is a full egg breaker that can also be operated with chutes for excellent egg yolk separation. Its compact size allows it to be installed virtually anywhere, even in tight spaces.

The machine can be equipped with either a manual loading system or a water loader. If required, the Micro25 egg breaker can also be supplied with a simple egg washing machine.

The Micro25 is built according to the strictest food hygiene standards, and consequently all its components, which are identical to those of the high-performance crushers, can be easily cleaned, ensuring years of reliable operation.
