The system is designed to process a maximum volume of approx. 100 m³ of product (feed) per day. An average feed flow rate of approx. 4 to 6 m³/h in operating mode 16/4” or 20/4” is assumed (explanation: 20/4” corresponds to 20 hours of filtration operation / 4 hours of CIP cleaning).  : If the daily treatment capacity needs to be increased at a later date or the installed membrane area is no longer sufficient due to unforeseeable fouling effects, two empty spaces are provided for retrofitting additional membrane housings.
