out of: Tubular Heat Exchangers (GEA Finnah A 544), level tank (200
liter), water pumps (4x Grundfos), flowmeter, valves for product and
utilities, interconnecting piping, high pressure product pump (APV
Gaulin, type Z4P-0,5BF serienr 96L34959, year 1996, capacity up to
4.000 liter per hour, motor 5,5 kW - 955 rpm - 400 V - 50 Hz) and the
control panel with Siemens S5 PLC and Siemens Simatic OP37 operation
panel. Current temperature program: creme fraiche: 35 - 51 - 71 - 40 -
29 °C or mesophiles: 25 - 55 - 75 - 40 - 23 - 10 °C. Maximum
temperature possible:
85°C.Capacity of the
unit: currently set on 2.500 liter per hour but all parts for
conversion back to 4.000 liter per hour available (originally the line
was delivered with 4.000 liter per hour, but it was down graded to
2.500 liter per hour by the client). 2x indirect hot water and 2x
indirect cooling H51253732 circuits. Manuals and P&ID available in
