DORST TPA 5 Prensas mecánicas

The Dorst TPA 5 is a refurbished mechanical powder compaction press, designed for precision and efficiency in industrial applications. It offers powerful performance with a maximum pressing force of 50 kN and a withdrawal force of up to 40 kN. This makes it suitable for a variety of powder compaction tasks, with a filling height of 50 mm and pressing travel capability of 25 mm. This machine provides flexibility with an upper punch stroke of 85 mm and an adjustable travel span of 70 mm, operating at 6 to 30 strokes per minute. It consumes around 50 liters of compressed air per minute and has a total electrical load of approximately 4.00 kW. With durable construction, the Dorst TPA 5 maintains a quiet operation at a sound level of 70 dB(A). The presss compact dimensions, approximately 1200 mm in both width and depth and a height of 2150 mm, with a weight of about 1,200 kg, make it a manageable choice for various setups. The 30-liter gear oil capacity in the press housing further enhances its reliability and efficiency for continuous industrial use., Pressing Force max.: 50 Kn, Withdrawal force max.: 40 Kn, Supporting force in pressing position max.: 30 Kn, Die return force max.: 8 Kn, Upper punch stroke: 85 mm, Upper punch adjusting travel: 70 mm, Number of strokes: 6-30 1/min, Filling height max.: 50 mm, Pressing travel max.: 25 mm, Withdrawal travel max.: 25 mm, Top pressing travel max: 6 mm, Upper punch pneumatic preload max.: 20 mm, Compressed air supply , Air consumption, Intake air aprox.: 50 1/min, Total connected load aprox.: 4,00 Kw, Width aprox.: 1200 mm, Depth aprox.: 1200 mm, Height aprox.: 2150 mm, Weight of the press aprox.: 1.200 Kg, Press housing: 30 l (gear oil), Workplace-related sound: 70 dB (A)
